The latest to the Eastern Boats Line

The Islander 248 Long Top is the newest addition to Eastern Boats very successful 248 model. This ever popular model is easily trailered with its 8'-6" beam as well as great for gunk holing with a draft of  only 15". With this new layout it provides ample seating for family and friends and an all new plush adjustable helm seat. This model also offers a small galley including a sink with pressure water, refrigerator, built in trash receptacle as well as counter space large enough for a portable stove. This is the long top version of the "Islander" line which provides the passengers with a completely covered cockpit and with the optional enclosure would provide for comfortable all weather boating.

The 248 Islander is suited for the larger day cruising family or picnic boating lifestyle.

Eastern 35

This Eastern 35 getting ready for it's trip to her home in Maryland. She is a fine example of the traditional styled New England Downeast boats. Along with great looks she offers the owners ample space both inside and out with a large open cockpit and flybridge with comfortable seating for 5. Her side decks are both wide and clear from any obstacles as well as a great fore deck and anchoring platform. This boat is constructed of all composit materials as well as an ample amount of teak to provide for a feeling of both warmth and tradition.

As with all Eastern Boats she has been built to the highest standard with New England tradition, attention to detail and quality workmanship.

New Eastern 20 Arrival

Eastern 20

The arrival of a new Eastern 20. One of the beauties of working with a builder like Eastern Boats is you get the boat your way. This boat was custom built for owners who wanted the hull & deck colors to match the color of their sailboat and Eastern was happy to oblige. This boat has been dressed out with several options such as the stainless steel bow rail, flip helm seat which provides seating facing both fore and aft as well as a cooler beneath. They also opted for custom fabric on the bow cushions to match the bow dodger and bimini.

Eastern 20 is designed with both a keel and round chines prividing the owners with a comfortable and stable ride and with the "Downeast" hull design she will will be extremely fuel efficent when it counts. The full inner hull liner provides for a  clean look and easier maintaince. There is plenty of dry storage located beneath the 3 forward seats as well as a large compartment forward under the bow. The 40 gallon fuel tank is below decks and out of the way with a conviently located fuel filter below the aft gunnal. To complete this package the Eastern 20 is made from all composit construction providing the owner with a life time of worry free boating.
